Prayerful Meditation

A monthly experiential workshop to help open up the channels of spirit that connect us to God.

Led by Rabbi Joshua Neely, some of the activities will include meditation, guided imagery, breathing exercises, and more.

The workshop will begin at 9:30 am in the Chapel and will finish in time for participants to join the Torah service.
